SIDEQUEST – Roaster’s Own by CHESLEA HADDAD
Like any great side quest, this blend was made to fuel whatever comes next.
SIDEQUEST was inspired by my dad, Mick - a man who has never met a hobby he didn't want to try or a cup of coffee he didn't have room for. Growing up, there was always something new to build, explore, collect or figure out. Even now, there's usually another hobby just around the corner… and somehow a fourth or fifth coffee on the go, even at 8pm.
He taught me that you don't have to stick to just one thing. Give it a go, enjoy the ride and see where it takes you.
With notes of roasted almond, chocolate maltesers and just the right amount of kick, SIDEQUEST is for the doers, makers, explorers and endlessly curious, the ones chasing new ideas, collecting hobbies and always going back for another cup.
Here's to whatever side quest comes next.

There are a myriad of factors involved in brewing delicious coffee from the comfort of your home, but if you remember these 3 golden rules, you'll be on the right track :
- Always grind fresh
- Always use filtered water
- Always brew great quality beans
-
The greatest enemies to your beans are air, moisture, heat, and light. To preserve their fresh roasted flavour as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee.

Making coffee is a nuanced experience, but one that doesn't have to be over complicated.
Using a timer & a scale for measuring your coffee's weight & brew times are great ways you can keep track of what's happening, and then make the necessary adjustments if something isn't quite right.
