CONQUEST – Roaster’s Own by Liam Valiukenas
Some roasters chase trends. Others set them.
Liam Valiukenas doesn’t need to prove anything but when the roaster is singing, and the room is still, he does what he does best: creates something unforgettable.
CONQUEST is the result of years behind the iron drum. A blend of Brazil and Colombia, roasted with precision and purpose. In the cup, it delivers buttery toffee, smooth chocolate, and a finish so balanced it feels effortless.
It’s not a comeback. It’s a reminder.
Mastery speaks softly and it tastes incredible.

There are a myriad of factors involved in brewing delicious coffee from the comfort of your home, but if you remember these 3 golden rules, you'll be on the right track :
- Always grind fresh
- Always use filtered water
- Always brew great quality beans
-
The greatest enemies to your beans are air, moisture, heat, and light. To preserve their fresh roasted flavour as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee.

Making coffee is a nuanced experience, but one that doesn't have to be over complicated.
Using a timer & a scale for measuring your coffee's weight & brew times are great ways you can keep track of what's happening, and then make the necessary adjustments if something isn't quite right.
