This single origin Brazil comes from Fazenda Chapadão, Sebastiao Curimbaba’s high-altitude farm in Sul de Minas—one of Brazil’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. Benefiting from mild temperatures, distinct seasons, and ample sunshine, the farm produces clean, well-structured coffees with consistency and care.
This lot is 100% Icatu, a Brazilian-developed variety prized for both resilience and quality. Meticulously harvested and processed using natural and pulped natural methods, the coffee is dried either on patios or in rotary dryers to bring out its full character.
Roasted for omni use, this coffee offers versatility—deliciously balanced whether brewed as espresso or filter. A true taste of Brazil’s coffee heritage, crafted for every brew style.

There are a myriad of factors involved in brewing delicious coffee from the comfort of your home, but if you remember these 3 golden rules, you'll be on the right track :
- Always grind fresh
- Always use filtered water
- Always brew great quality beans
-
The greatest enemies to your beans are air, moisture, heat, and light. To preserve their fresh roasted flavour as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee.
-
Making coffee is a nuanced experience, but one that doesn't have to be over complicated.
Using a timer & a scale for measuring your coffee's weight & brew times are great ways you can keep track of what's happening, and then make the necessary adjustments if something isn't quite right.
